The Crossover ETH and SOL Giveaway | Official Rules

This giveaway (the "Promotion") is run by Wowise, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates (the "Promoter"), publisher of The Crossover newsletter.
The Promotion runs from 15 June 2026 until the draw, which takes place on 31 July 2026, or earlier when The Crossover reaches 1,000 subscribers, whichever comes first (the "Draw Date"). The Promoter may close the Promotion early on reaching 1,000 subscribers.
3.1 Open to subscribers of The Crossover email newsletter who are aged 18 or over at the time of entry.
3.2 Open worldwide, except where participation is prohibited or restricted by applicable local law. Entrants are solely responsible for ensuring that entering and receiving a crypto-asset prize is lawful where they live.
3.3 Employees, officers and agents of the Promoter, and their immediate families, are not eligible.
4.1 Every subscriber has a unique referral link, found in their welcome email and at the foot of every issue of The Crossover.
4.2 You earn one (1) entry for each confirmed referral made through The Crossover's referral programme. A referral is "confirmed" when the person you refer signs up through your unique referral link and confirms their subscription (double opt-in).
4.3 The more confirmed referrals you make, the more entries you have (for example, two confirmed referrals = two entries).
4.4 To remain valid, a referred subscriber must still be subscribed to The Crossover on the Draw Date. Referrals that unsubscribe, bounce, or are removed before the Draw Date do not count.
4.5 Referrals must be genuine, opt-in subscribers. Self-referrals, and duplicate, fake, automated, or disposable-email sign-ups, are void.
All valid entries earned under The Crossover's earlier Zach Bryan ticket draw are carried over to this Promotion automatically. No action is needed to keep them.
6.1 Grand prize: one (1) Ether (ETH).
6.2 Top-referrer prizes: the three (3) entrants with the highest number of confirmed, valid referrals on the Draw Date will each receive one (1) Solana (SOL). If two or more entrants are tied, the entrant who reached that referral count earlier ranks higher.
6.3 An entrant may win both the grand prize and a top-referrer prize.
6.4 Prizes are awarded only in the crypto-assets stated (ETH and SOL). There is no cash or other alternative.
6.5 Each winner is responsible for providing a valid, compatible wallet address, and for any taxes, network fees, or other charges arising from receipt of a prize.
7.1 The grand-prize winner is selected at random from all valid entries, weighted by the number of entries each entrant holds, on the Draw Date.
7.2 The Promotion is unconditional: the draw will take place on the Draw Date regardless of the total number of referrals or subscribers.
8.1 Winners will be notified by email after the draw.
8.2 Each winner must confirm acceptance and provide a receiving wallet address within 14 days of notification.
8.3 If a winner does not respond within 14 days, or cannot accept the prize, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.
The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, void entries and disqualify any entrant whose activity it reasonably considers fraudulent or in breach of these rules, including bot sign-ups, duplicate or disposable emails, and coordinated or fake referrals. Where fraud is suspected, the Promoter may audit an entrant's referrals before awarding any prize.
The Promoter may announce the first name and general location, or social handle, of winners in the newsletter and on its social channels. The draw may be conducted or recorded live on social media.
Entrants' personal data is handled in line with The Crossover's privacy policy and used only to administer the Promotion. Entering does not change your newsletter subscription preferences.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Promoter is not liable for any loss arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of a prize, including loss arising from an incorrect wallet address provided by a winner, or from changes in the value of the crypto-assets awarded.
The Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any third-party platform (including any email, social media, or messaging service).
14.1 The Promoter's decisions on all matters relating to the Promotion are final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
14.2 The Promoter may amend these rules or withdraw the Promotion where reasonably necessary, for example for legal or operational reasons.
14.3 These rules are governed by the laws of [governing-law jurisdiction — confirm], and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
